South Corona Schutzhund Club

Thank you for your interest in joining South Corona Schutzhund Club. The club was founded by Doug and Diana Foster, owners and members of Assertive K-9 Training and Thinschmidt German Shepherds. Their love for obedience training for over 35 years, and later getting involved in personal protection training for home and family, competing in the amazing sport of schutzhund, both with their own personal dogs as well as clients, has sparked the desire to form their own club. They are both Certified Pet Dog Trainers and Doug is also a Certified Regional Helper. The training done here at the club is based on positive reinforcement training and Doug is an expert in bringing out drive in slow dogs as well as calmly and patiently controlling those with too much nervous energy, insecurities, or even misdirected aggression.
Whether you are interested in getting your dog personal protection trained, earning a schutzhund title, or just having fun with your dog, consider joining our club! Good training, good company, great food!

Instructions for Enrollment
Before you decide if you would like to become a member of South Corona Schutzhund Club, it is best to come out for one training session so you can observe the class, and meet with the trainers and other members. We will also need to test your dog before he can be accepted into the club. In order to come out for your first session, you will need to sign and date the Waiver and Release form. We will also need proof of rabies along with current yearly boosters for your dog, before he will be allowed onto the property. These documents are required before you come out for your first visit. Please click on the Waiver & Release form above, print and sign it. You can either mail this form along with your proof of shots to the address above or fax them to our office: 951-277-4040.
Once we receive the required documents, we will call you to confirm your first free visit. After your first visit, if you decide you would like to join our club, you will need to fill out and sign our Membership Application and send it along with the appropriate fees to our address listed above. You will then have access to our club for one full year, after which time you can renew your membership. Please refer to our website: www.alldogstrain.com for current schedule.
Housekeeping Rules
We appreciate your cooperation in observing and following our policies as you come out for club nite.
1). All members need to have a secure crate of appropriate size for their dog, and the dog must be in the crate and left in the car until the trainer instructs you to get your dog out. The crate must remain in your car and not placed anywhere on the property.
2). Please do not allow your dog to relieve himself on the training field. You may walk your dog on the perimeters of the property by the front gate only. Please pick up after your own dog. A scooper and can is set up adjacent to the patio area.
3). Please do not allow your dog to approach any other dog for any reason. All dogs must be on a leash at all times unless told otherwise by the trainer. Do not allow your dog to approach, sniff, or bark at any dogs on the property that are behind fences or gates. Puppies in pens or yards are not to be touched or picked up, without the consent of a staff member.
4). Each club member must obtain the appropriate training equipment requested by the trainer. It is important for all members to have control over their own dogs, for the safety of other members and their dogs as well. You can purchase equipment for us, as we can aid you in choosing what will work best for you and your dog.
5). Clean restrooms are located in our front office for your convenience. Please do not bring your dog into the office or into the restroom.
