Puppy Deposit

The following agreement is between Thinschmidt German Shepherds, dba Assertive K-9 Training, hereinafter referred to as "Seller" and _________________________, herein referred to as "Buyer".

All pups will be selected, in order, at 8 weeks of age.  The balance of the puppy and the training fee will be due in full at the time the puppy is selected. We will begin the puppy training at approximately 8 weeks of age.

All deposits are non refundable. In the event the breeding did not take, the litter did not survive, the preferred sex is not available, or any other unavoidable circumstance, deposits which have already been paid will be transferred to a future litter of buyer's choice.

If buyer has not paid balance due on pup being held for him by the time the pup is 9 weeks old, loss of dog and deposit may be forfeited by buyer. Cost of shipping the dog and the crate he is shipped in is to be paid by buyer. Seller will notify buyer when litter is born.
